I have Iosol that is a liquid. Could it be used to treat radiation poisoning?

Any idea what the shelf life on it is? I've got some that I bought about 10-12 years ago. Think it's still good?

They are labeled 5 years but I don't think they expire. They have to put expiration dates on things. Mine are 10 years old.
