One problem with that.Yes, that is a great point. Their lemonade stands are a good start, but if they would only expand the idea to neighborhood snack bars, with nice cooked food, they could really become models of neighborhood entrepreneurship. This could bring money away from the overpriced convenience stores to the local, lower priced organic * neighborhood stands.
* I mean "organic" to mean springing up from the neighborhood. I do not imply a gardening method in this context.

I was hoping for kids with lemonaid stands to transform into adults creating lunch stands with cooked food.
There is definitely a problem with the county food inspector, who is the Nazi with the power to disturb free enterprise folks.
