Can someone explain what's actually happened in Minnesota? All I seem to find are walls of text and no real explanation.
In US culture bribing officials to get favorable treatment is a crime.

In Somalia culture bribery is not looked down upon because it's an accepted way of life, i.e., 'expected' and 'normal'.

Obama imported 54,000 Somalians who believe the American Dream is scamming the government, but it's even more lucrative than in Somalia.

There's no quid pro quo, only take.

I get that some form of bribery was involved, what did these cockwinders get out of bribing corrupt politicritters?

American politicians have never been shy about taking bribes...I figure Trumps just trying to collect for all the bribes he has paid out over the years.
