If she really made that statement, she should be expelled from Congress immediately.
She gave an oath to protect preserve and defend the Constitution.
The Constitution IS our political system.
We can argue about it's interpretation, but to work towards dismantling the political system is to work toward dismantling the Constitution itself.
.....and that is the polar opposite of protecting preserving and defending it.
When one takes an oath, it's supposed to be for real. So if her goal is to dismantle the political system, she lied when taking her oath of office.
Lying when taking it means it's invalid and you can't hold office if the oath you took isn't valid.
For as f'ed as any of them might be, Omar is a million times worse and has got to go.
