When the world's cardinals met in Rome last Monday for the first of their crucial pre-conclave discussions, they raised 'the issue of clerical abuse', according to a Vatican spokesman.

The cardinals are forbidden to reveal anything that was said.

But behind closed doors, the preparations for the conclave – which starts on Wednesday – are already mired in scandal.

Aside from doubts about the true age of Philippe Ouedraogo, a cardinal from Burkina Faso whom some claim is 80, meaning he's too old to vote, and concerns about the presence of the Peruvian cardinal Juan Luis Cipriani, who faces sexual abuse allegations (which he denies), several cardinals have torn into the legacy of the late Pope Francis.

'We have listened to many complaints against Francis's papacy in these days', one unnamed cardinal told America Magazine, a Jesuit publication.

In any case, we can be certain that Monday's debate was haunted by a series of jaw-dropping scandals whose details are unknown to the vast majority of the 400,000 Catholics who attended Pope Francis's funeral a week ago.

If they had known, the crowds would have been much smaller.

For the common denominator of these scandals – whose victims included 20 Slovenian nuns who claim to have been raped, Argentinian seminarians grotesquely assaulted by their bishop and a Belgian teenager subjected to incestuous assault by his uncle, a bishop – is that Francis went to bizarre lengths either to conceal or excuse these crimes.

The 'people's Pope' was elected in 2013 on a promise to hold the Church accountable for clerical sex abuse.

And it's true that he did establish new rules designed to punish bishops found guilty.

But the first Argentinian pontiff did not practise what he preached.

The darkest mystery of Francis's 12-year reign was his persistent habit of shielding credibly accused and even convicted sexual predators from justice.

The Pope enjoys supreme authority over the Catholic Church.

He can twist or ignore canon law, which is supposed to punish sex offenders, and the Vatican state's criminal law, without being challenged.

That is precisely what he did, again and again.

Indeed, his sinister modus operandi predated his election: as Archbishop of Buenos Aires, he tried to keep a priest who abused homeless boys out of jail.

[11.3] Verification: This refers to the DoD Law of War Manual, Section [11.3], which deals with the “END of OCCUPATION” and the legal restoration of sovereignty… potentially the critical moment when the military can lawfully step in.
Biggest Advanced Drop: Q wasn’t just dropping another hint. Q was telling you it was the BIGGEST signal… a direct marker that “THE PLAN” is moving to a decisive phase once [11.3] is confirmed.

A few years ago, I wrote the 'We Are Q' article, which remains my most-read to date.

I am and have been a Q follower, and I still stand by every word in that piece.

But most relevant to recent discussion is the following, on how I personally characterize the long-term legacy of the drops in accordance with its central mechanism:

"When engaging with an examination of the Q Op and all that it entails, it is virtually impossible for us to know with true certainty the ‘Actual’ of the Operation—that is, whether or not said anonymous account is actually under the control and direction of a group of high-level patriots working within and without our corrupted government to return power back to us, the American people.

That said, as any who have been following my work for any length of time are used to me arguing, I believe that Potential/Narrative Events not only have the potential to be more powerful and affecting than Actual Events, but that they almost always are in modern, Fifth-Generation Warfare.

Therefore, when I engage with the unknown as we all do, I often find that readings of the Actual are not only frustrating, but often meaningless, since they can seldom be known. That said, the Potential Events and Narratives to spill out of Actual Events—operations and deployments by all sides on the Game Theory Game Board—or to provoke them can be examined through the net effects they visit on the Collective Mind we are trying to free, and to save in this war.

So, then, if we can’t dig too far into the Actual, let’s look at the Potential of the Q Op. Namely, the effects it has visited upon the Collective Mind of society, and more specifically, on this community.

And if there is one major misconception about the Q Op, it is that the Op ‘created’ Anons, or gave life to the Anon movement.

Far from it.

As I suggested earlier, Anons have always existed. From the age of pen and quil, when the founding fathers wrote under pen names to avoid discovery by the dark empire they wished to overthrow to the digital age, where the term became more ubiquitous with the rise of anonymous forums—image boards where the dregs and the outcasts of the matrix gathered, some with nefarious minds, but most simply lost, often in the search for truth.

Anons have always existed. Searchers have always existed. Truthers have always existed, because to be human is to be inherently coded with a love for—a desire—for the truth, even if that gift or curse can be taken from us or hidden from us through years—even decades—of subversion and obfuscation.

The Q Op and the Q Drops did not create the truth community, nor the Anons that made it up. It didn’t provide answers. It did something much more powerful and effective:

It asked questions. The right questions, and at the right time.

In so doing, the Q Op did exactly what it was designed to do: it activated tens of thousands of nodes and ‘organized’ or provided a framework and direction to the most powerful decentralized citizen intelligence network of all time. The drops were put out into the digital either as part of a coordinated plan. That much is absolutely certain.

Whose plan that is can be a matter of debate.

As for me personally, I still come down on the side of patriots fighting for the future of humanity against the globalist Deep State, and against the powers that would be, have been and will never be again ... as long as we do our part, exactly as I believe the drops intended.

I still believe there is value in mapping, digging and disseminating the info contained in the drops, but I also believe most of the decodes floating around in the ether are so broad as to be meaningless, and that tend to maintain such a high degree of multiple meaning plausible deniability that the people who present them can never be accused of being right OR wrong, but who always pass themselves off as the former while saying they're not making predictions on the back of every prediction they make.

We've got people decoding the fact that Trump is saluting military officers on a foreign tour the same way he has for 9 years as if it's some new 'proof,' and we've also got people directly ignoring the repeated pleas by patriots like General Flynn, Kash Patel and others ostensibly close to or at least aware of the operations involved to take what worked from the operation while applying the bulk of your attention into the active analysis of and reaction to the enemy's ongoing plans.

We've got people reposting 'Israel for Last,' without any actual analysis being applied to the term, while ignoring the exhaustive analysis of what that statement COULD (and probably does) mean by researchers who have continued to actually figure out (ie: MAP) how the Deep State functions and how patriots might be trying to take it down. Of course, these people will retroactively claim to have been 'right' about Israel no matter what happens with them, despite never actually forwarding anything of use regarding the entire plot line.

We've got people who are now reposting 'Sovereign Alliance' comms who have never actually delved into the histories of Russia, China and Saudi Arabia (undoubtedly the core pillars of the resistance, along with the US,) and so, have actually learned nothing about the long-term conditions and engineering that put the world into a perpetual forever war engine subsisting on the back of a Matryoshka menagerie of controlled opposition dynamics, but who will continue to cheer for, well ... anything that happens at any time no matter what it means, because they haven't spent the time to learn ... which the drops encouraged.

We've got people repeating 'full control' ad nauseam while calling people doomers who refer to elections as fake (yes, even when we WIN them, because to be logically and morally consistent is more important to us than to be on the winning side,) because they care much more about having been right than about the American people actualizing their own sovereignty, which was the stated intention and central promise of the entirety of the Trump era by the man himself in his initial inauguration address in 2017.

As I have said many, many times, YOU are the power patriots are trying to project. YOU are the plan. YOU get to realize that and forward it in whatever manner makes the most sense to you, and doing so can't possibly invalidate 'the plan to save the world,' 'full control' or any of the rest of it ... and if it can, then it wasn't a great plan to begin with, now was it?

The Uniparty has been so named for a reason.

'Unity' as a concept is only defensible, only logical and only moral when it is girded around First Principles ideation and moral radiation.

If it is instead applied to guard the feelings of people who don't like that others have the nerve to forward their OWN plans for the future of the nation they have inherited, and plan to restore, and yes, with the help of patriots operating on layers we'll never see and never be party to, then it's not Unity at all, it's collectivism. It's cowardice. It's fear.

And it's false.

I think the drops activated a generation of American patriots, and I think their legacy will ultimately be a good one, but pointing out that there are different ways of engaging with the Info War without circular decodes should not hurt as many feelings as it does.

There are many paths to the mountaintop.

Take care which one you take, lest it lead you right back down to where you started, waiting for someone else to lift you up when you could have reached the summit on your own.
