These people are getting desperate.

They'll pull every dirty trick they can think off to get him to stop.

They know the Fauci Files will be explosive in a way that can't be contained.
My question is, why did they not delete all the damning information before transferring the company? Seems like it woulda been easy to do while the woke-tards running the place still had full access to everything.

Be like sellin' a house and assuming that the new owner will just ignore all the dead bodies in the attic.

If I had done what they did, I sure as heck would not have documented it. Collusion like that is dark smokey backroom kinda stuff, what they were doing.
Ie: it has be done via word of mouth and unwritten "laws", so as to ensure plausible deniability down the road.
.....or at least that's how I've heard that stuff like that is best done.

They really want Elon to quit exposing their underbelly.

Tesla Is Collapsing...Will My Dire Warning Come True?

They control the so-called 'free' markets... which is why I stay the hell out!

Do the evil gremlins known as "they" also control the market for physical cars?

...
The days of paying a premium for a used Tesla are seemingly in the rear-view mirror as demand for the pioneering electric vehicle plummets.

The price of a used Tesla has plunged 17% in the past five months — from a peak of $67,297 in July to $55,754 in November, according to a Reuters report. During that same period, the overall price of used cars dropped just 4%.

That’s a far cry from Tesla’s revved-up sales during the pandemic, when demand led buyers to pay more for a used EV rather than wait for months on the waitlist for a new one.

Nearly a third of used Teslas for sale in August were 2022 models up for resale, a sign that original buyers were aiming to flip, analysts said. That compares with about 5% of other brands on the used market, according to research firm Edmunds.

“You can’t sell your current Tesla for more money than you paid for it, which was true for a lot of the past two years,” said Karl Brauer, executive analyst at car sales website iSeeCars.com. “That would reduce demand for new Teslas.”

Used Teslas are staying on the lot longer than other used cars — 50 days compared with the 38-day average for most other makes — before being sold, Edmunds.com said.

With fuel prices easing, interest rates rising and EV competition growing, Tesla prices are falling faster than the market, and creating a cascading effect on prices of new Teslas.

“The reality is that after a Cinderella story demand environment since 2018 Tesla is facing some serious macro and company specific EV competitive headwinds into 2023 that are starting to emerge both in the US and China,” Dan Ives, managing director of Wedbush Securities, said Tuesday.

Did "they" also force Elon to sell his own stock after promising that he wouldn't? When executives sell their stock, do markets generally like that?

Tesla Inc shares hit a fresh two-year low in volatile trading on Friday as top boss Elon Musk's promise to not sell his shares in the electric-car company for at least two years did little to reassure investors.

Musk has offloaded shares worth $40 billion in the world's most valuable carmaker since late last year, with $15 billion worth of stock sales coming after he made similar pledges in April, partly to fund the acquisition of Twitter.

"If Musk sells another billion or so dollars of shares in the near future, and that exerts downward price pressure on Tesla's share price, investors might have a decent claim for securities fraud," said Howard Fischer, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) attorney and a partner at law firm Moses & Singer.

SEC rules require that public companies and their executives disclose accurate information that may be material to investors through channels that investors know to monitor. It does not usually specify how companies should do that.
...

Seemed to me that many of Tesla's fan boys were part of the woketard army. If so, they could be the ones dumping stock and driving the price down.

Prior to all this twitter stuff, they couldn't get enough of Tesla and Elon. Now he's seen as their enemy.

Considering the incredible wrongdoing of government exposed by Elon, the threat-response from "somewhere" is awfully direct.

And obvious.

No market for Teslas? Who'd a thunk it?

They come with a high price tag. 220 power in the garage. Not every garage has that. Call an electrician? That's pricy.

Then it's ok around town, but just try traveling sometime.

If they had battery stations across the nation ala 'gas' stations it might become viable.

It's another case of fixing a problem that doesn't exist.

And then you have to dispose of the evidence....?

Network Of Fake ‘Doctors’ Flooded Twitter With COVID Propaganda: Report

Twitter was flooded with COVID-19 propaganda by a network of fake doctors.

Twitter was flooded by a network of fake “doctors” who fervently spread fear-based COVID-19 propaganda during the height of the pandemic, a new report by Revolver News has revealed.

Based on the report, several “Twitter doctors” published tweets gaining tens of thousands of online engagement while fear of the COVID-19 virus was at its peak, claiming that they were losing patients to the virus at alarming rates every day.

“The ‘doctors’ posed as ER physicians and were part of the LGBTQ community in some way. They created this hellish/apocalyptic scenario that made it sound as if bodies were piling up in the streets,” Revolver News reported. “Well, this probably won’t come as a huge surprise to you, but those popular ‘ER doctors’ were fake.”

George Soros Revealed as Player Behind Twitter Operation to Shut Down Hunter Biden Laptop Story

Screenshot-2022-12-23-154658-930x620.jpg

First Draft News, a now-defunct nonprofit that left-wing billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundations funded, played a key role in Twitter’s preparation to shut down the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020, according to internal documents published by author Michael Shellenberger as part of Elon Musk’s “Twitter Files.”

The Aspen Institute hosted a September 2020 training exercise for members of the media and social media leaders regarding the handling of hypothetical data leaks which were similar to the Hunter Biden laptop report that broke in October, according to Shellenberger. Claire Wardle, former executive director and co-founder of First Draft News, appeared to be an attendee of the exercise, according to an email published by Shellenberger.

The address that apparently belonged to Wardle was one of multiple recipients in an email to top national security reporters, Facebook’s head of security policy and others, according to Shellenberger. The Open Society Foundations, which left-wing megadonor Soros chairs, once funded First Draft News. The organization shut down in June.

A federal judge in San Francisco has handed Twitter CEO Elon Musk a victory in a legal battle with former employees of the platform. U.S. District Judge James Donato ordered the ex-staffers to drop their class-action lawsuit against Musk and pursue any claims against him through arbitration.

According to reports, the former employees accused Musk and Twitter of failing to give them adequate notice before they were laid off after the billionaire Tesla and SpaceX CEO purchased the platform.

A different POV:

Somehow I don't get the sense that Republicans would be the 'crying little bitches' portrayed by this writer...

"And while Musk (falsely) insisted that the big reveal was that Trump didn’t actually violate Twitter’s policies, that’s also a misreading of what happened. What we’ve learned is that Trump and other Republican leaders were actually given special treatment over the years, because they tended to violate policies way more often than Democrats. But, knowing that Republicans would flop to the ground and fake injury any time they were faced with even having to take the slightest bit of responsibility for violating policies, all the big social media platforms went above and beyond to better protect the high profile accounts of Republican rule breakers."

This sounds like projection to me. The left are masters of projecting their activities on everyone else. This sounds like the left.

Not only that, but Taibibbi has been exposing exactly what was going on with the blue-haired Twits employed at Twitter. He exposes this guy's lie.
