Or printed, dropped off at 2 am, and scanned them through and then signed fake whatever. Then passed around USB hacking devices to change things however they wanted. And then said it was all the bestest election ever.

There is no such thing as a fake elector. Every party picks their own electors even the poor old Libertarians. These just had the gall to show up to try and show up to the vote after the Dems decided they were the "winner".

In this MSNBC vid we see just how corrupt some of the fake electors and others really are.

Don't sleep on the states! While Trump hogs spotlight, states push ahead on Big Lie cases

Jul 27, 2023

Outside of the national spectacle of the legal showdown between DOJ special counsel Jack Smith and Donald Trump, state-level prosecutors are hard at work with investigations of Trump's fake elector scheme as well as the Big Lie conspiracy theory of hacked voting machines, which reportedly produced at least one indictment in Michigan today. Alex Wagner reports.

Lying is not a crime.... unless you are talking to haughty goons who think they are special.

Plus, its not lying when you show the proof.

Not much to go on as of yet.

Trump indicted on charges related to efforts to overturn 2020 election

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on charges related to special counsel Jack Smith's probe into efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The sweeping indictment charges Trump with four counts: conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

The alleged conspiracies include enlisting a slate of so-called "fake electors" targeting several states, using the Justice Department to conduct "sham election crime investigations," enlisting the vice president to "alter the election results." and doubling down on false claims as the Jan. 6 riot ensued.

LIVE: DONALD TRUMP INDICTED IN WASHINGTON D.C.

Started streaming 94 minutes ago

Donald Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Washington D.C.

This will only bolster his popularity, they know this from the polling already done. So, they are either stupid, certain they can lock him up or this is being done on purpose.

1. I don't think they are stupid, but it's possible with this many people involved.
2. If they are certain they can lock him up, why wait until it just looks like political persecution? Why didn't they move years ago?
3. If it is being done on purpose, then why? Every major dictator in history has come in on a massive wave of populism.

Flipping the coin here... but this whole thing smells.

Trump allies in Michigan charged with felonies involving voting machines, illegal ‘testing’

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Two Michigan allies of former President Donald Trump, including a former Republican state attorney general candidate, were charged in connection with an effort to illegally access and tamper with voting machines in the state after the 2020 election, prosecutors announced Tuesday.

Attorney Matthew DePerno was charged with undue possession of a voting machine and conspiracy, while Daire Rendon, a former Republican state representative, was charged with conspiracy to commit undue possession of a voting machine and false pretenses, special prosecutor D.J. Hilson announced in a news release. Both were arraigned Tuesday afternoon, according to Richard Lynch, the court administrator for Oakland County’s 6th Circuit.

Michigan is just one of at least three states where prosecutors say people breached election systems while embracing and spreading Trump’s lie that the 2020 election was stolen.

- Trump will be formally charged tomorrow.
- Judge is a no-nonsense mammy jammer who will not take any shit.
- Six unnamed coconspirators will be charged later on. Jack Smith wants to rock and roll with this and get the trial over before the next election.
- Hopefully the trial will be televised.

Donald Trump received a trial date next May for his classified documents case Friday. He could soon be facing three separate indictments brought by the Democrats.

I would advise Donald Trump that his best defense is to adopt Hunter Biden as soon as possible and get the Justice Department on his side.

The judge worked with Hunter. Lol

Of course, the USSA debt downgrade was probably a countermove and not the bankers covering it up.

They really were hiding the testimony against the Bidens by the whistleblower. It is always the day after something is spilled about dirty-Joe.

This. They believe they can lock him up.

They didn't do it years ago because they've been using that time to try to get all their ducks in a row.

They also wanted him on trial during the campaign in order to cripple his ability TO campaign.
....and to keep him spending more $ on defense as opposed to his campaign.

They can also more easily keep the news filled with Trump negativity 24/7 during the campaign if he is on trial then.

The whole thing is politically motivated in order to maintain power by the traitorous bastards who we have running the show now.

A little bit about the judge..............

From the link:

“Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not President,” Chutkan wrote in her 2-year-old ruling, a rebuke that is sure to echo as she prepares to preside over the newest criminal case against the current GOP frontrunner for the presidential nomination in 2024.

"How do you introduce EVIDENCE legally?" Q
Which is why they picked the "judge" they did. To get as much of his evidence as possible ruled as inadmissible in court, so that if he and his lawyers try bringing it up in open court, they could be charged with contempt of court.
.....and even if it is overturned on appeal, the "trial" would have done its job of convicting him during his campaign. Any appeals won't be heard until after the election has already happened.

Once a Potus Always a POTUS. Hence the title and secret service stays with them.

I don't think anyone here is dumb enough to think this judge was "randomly" selected.

No clue my self.

I really think Trump needs to plead out. Make some kinda deal where all the charges (federal & state) are dropped, he pays bookoo bucks, gets probation, drops outta politics and splits the scene.

Why? He is wildly popular out there in deplorable land. The most voted for sitting president, what would give anyone the right to deny the people a choice that they want. Is it not a democracy? They should back off, they left it way too late and no matter what the truth is, it makes the USA look like a banana republic with incumbents using the legal system to lock their opponents up. The people KNOW what has gone down, yet he still has sufficient support, simply because ENOUGH Americans have misgivings about the whole episode.

If these folk were serious and earnest about their democracy, they would have focused on fixing the issues that led to the result being called into question in the first place. However, they aren't serious, the only thing they are serious about is having a system they can manipulate to their advantage. Face it, your system is broken and as it stands will probably never deliver a result that will look credible to the majority of voters. This is what should concern people like you, no matter what you believe, or you think you can prove, a massive chunk of the voting public are not convinced that the playing field is level. Fix that perception and the problem goes away, and you will never fix that perception by going after Trump. All you do is entrench the idea that they can't win in a fair fight, and that increases his popularity.

Whatever your wet dream is, the last thing US democracy needs is Trump sidelined. He needs to be beaten in a credible, fair fight by a solid candidate, not a basement dwelling Alzheimer's candidate.

To do that requires that one stand for nation over party.

The dems have been party over nation, for longer than most today have been alive.

Shared on Facebook and Instagram days leading up to the 2020 U.S. general election, posts show a clip of Joe Biden saying, “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” The posts falsely ask if the video shows the Democratic presidential candidate “admit(ting) to voter fraud.” It was a slip of the tongue - Biden was describing the voter protection program his campaign has launched in anticipation of potential legal fights over the outcome of the Nov. 3 election against President Donald Trump.

An opinion piece from CNN.

Opinion: Why we should trust Trump’s judge in election-interference case

Whether or not former President Donald Trump is convicted for the recent charges of conspiracy and obstruction filed in Washington, DC, there will be Americans who condemn the verdict. That is not unprecedented or unexpected. Trump has rejected the case brought by special counsel Jack Smith as politically motivated and has been summoned to appear for a hearing on Thursday.

What will matter most, going forward, is whether the American people see the trial as fair; as such, public perceptions of the judge will be enormously important. Fortunately, the judge assigned to the case, US District Judge Tanya Chutkan, has the necessary experience and background to oversee a public trial that is fair and respectful, especially for this defendant.

Given Trump’s past statements about judges overseeing cases in which he is involved, he will probably claim that Chutkan is biased against him because former President Barack Obama nominated her for the bench (even though she received a 95-0 confirmation in a divided Senate). She is, in fact, a judge with an ingrained commitment to defendants’ rights and one who recognizes the danger of overly aggressive prosecutors.

3rd Trump ally charged with vote machine tampering as Michigan election case grows

Associated Press • 15m ago

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — A Michigan attorney involved in multiple efforts around the country to overturn the 2020 election in support of former President Donald Trump has been charged in connection with accessing and tampering with voting machines in Michigan, according to court records.

The charges against Stefanie Lambert come days after Matthew DePerno, a Republican lawyer who Trump endorsed in an unsuccessful run for Michigan attorney general last year, and former GOP state Rep. Daire Rendon were arraigned in connection with the case.

Right, and if it where Trump in that position you'd be frothing at the mouth over it as would the media.

He said what he said and it means what it means.

Identify the people running this supposed organisation, it's offices and funding etc. Explain to me why it's run by the D's and why it isn't the purview of non partisan electoral officials. Explain to me how it operates across the many disparate electoral authorities that seem to exist in the USA.

I'm calling bullshit on that idea and frankly your credibility.
