Silver Stockpile RAID By Defense Dept! Create A NEW Strategic Silver Stockpile?​

The United States used to have a stockpile of silver for strategic purposes in the interest of the nation, especially since it was used as money and for defense. Much of that silver was used up for military purposes. Should we have a strategic stockpile of silver again?
 
Biden would just run it down like the Strategic Fuel supply...
