Decentralization is the OPPOSITE of consolidation.

The aim here, as I see it, is to have (centralized) Washington submit to a Moar-War DEFEAT, and allow Davos-puppet-NGOs such as the UN, occupy. Washington's control network, given to the Globalists.

SECEDED regions, with NO fuddrel judges, NO Framing Bureau of Incrimination, NO Centralized Incitement Agency...NO OPEN BORDER...would STOP it.
