Kari Lake appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room this morning to discuss a new complaint that her team filed against Maricopa County as they push forward to certify another rigged and stolen election.

Lake told Bannon that she has “whistleblowers coming forward and at least one smoking gun in it.” She then revealed that her sources inside the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center witnessed Dominion employees were given “unfettered access” and they “walk around like they own the place.”

“I almost think there’s maladministration and maliciousness, the way they’re running this,” Lake said.

Turns out that of the 70 Maricopa precincts that experienced voter machine issues on election day, 61 of them were in heavy Republican areas
That’s almost *90%*!!

And now Maricopa has rescheduled its certification from 9:30 AM to 8:00 AM on Monday to get in front of a court hearing at 9:30 AM that could potentially halt the certification process with an injunction

This is coordinated and this is CRIMINAL

I don't think they could win with that strategy in a court of law! Discovery would allow for all manner of evidence to be entered.

Arizona’s Cochise County Sued Twice After Voting to Delay Election Certification​

Two lawsuits have been filed against the Cochise County Board of Supervisors in Arizona after it voted to delay the certification of its election canvass past the statutory deadline of Nov. 28.

A first lawsuit (pdf) was filed on Monday in Cochise County Superior Court on behalf of the Arizona Alliance of Retired Americans and Cochise County resident Stephani Stephenson.

It states the Cochise County Board of Supervisors “does not have the discretion to refuse to canvass the results of the 2022 general election” and that canvassing election results by a date certain is the Board’s “mandatory legal duty under Arizona law.”

“The Board’s inaction thus threatens to harm not only Cochise County voters, whose votes may be excluded from the statewide returns if the Board does not canvass the county’s election results, but every voter in Arizona,” the lawsuit adds.

Cochise County lies on the border with Mexico and has consistently been a stronghold for Republican and conservative voters.

If the Cochise County Board of Supervisors “does not have the discretion to refuse to canvass the results of the 2022 general election” then what powers does the board have? A vote is an exercise to approve or disapprove something. Basically, in their complaint they are stating that the County Board of Supervisors job is to "rubber stamp" the election.
 
AZ is a lost cause. What a shame. Only thing to bring back confidence is to return to paper ballots and add term limits for congress.

Yes, its utterly ridiculous. You can have elections and votes and everything but they are only allowed to vote one way.

Republican Kari Lake's dreams of becoming Governor Arizona are over after a rural Arizona county has finally certified its midterm election results almost a month later.

It means current Secretary of State Katie Hobbs will now be confirmed as governor-elect.

Officials in Cochise County were forced to follow the orders of a judge who ruled Republican supervisors broke the law when they refused to sign off on the vote count by this week's deadline.

 
What a shitshow. Don't know who is in charge of election process, but they better get a clue soon. Transparency and accountability. Folk need to be able to trust the results.

Trump-Endorsed Arizona Attorney General Nominee Abe Hamadeh filed a lawsuit on Friday, contesting the fraudulent Midterm Election in Arizona.

Hamadeh is down by 511 votes out of more than 2.5 million ballots cast in his race, and there is an ongoing recount to determine the winner.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday that Kari Lake filed a lawsuit to nullify the election for Governor and approve a full audit of signatures and machine failures.

It was revealed by a Runbeck whistleblower in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots did not have any chain of custody documentation.
