Kari Lake vs. Katie Hobbs Lawsuit.

Kari Lake appeared in court today for an Emergency Hearing in her lawsuit against Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County Elections officials, contesting the stolen Midterm Election in Arizona.

The Gateway Pundit has written numerous reports on Kari Lake’s historic lawsuit to nullify and overturn the stolen Midterm Election or hold a new election free from conflicts of interest.

The Gateway Pundit reported that a Runbeck whistleblower revealed in Lake’s filing that HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of ballots had no chain of custody documentation. This is a shocking and massive violation of the law. Twenty-five thousand ballots were added to Maricopa County’s totals after election day with no explanation of why the number of remaining ballots could increase. Tens if not HUNDREDS of thousands of mail-in ballots with mismatched signatures were illegally counted in violation of Arizona law.

The County also intentionally planned an in-person voting disaster on Election Day, where printers and tabulators failed at more than 59% of the 223 vote centers on Election Day. Voters on Election Day turned out for Kari Lake by a ratio of about 3:1.

No honest person believes this election was run fairly.

Kari Lake sent out a press release yesterday highlighting critical findings from the lawsuit she filed on Friday, seeking to nullify and overturn the election or hold a new election free from conflicts of interest.

Judge Peter Thompson ordered today’s emergency hearing for scheduling purposes regarding this bombshell filing.

As reported earlier, Judge Peter Thompson ordered Kari Lake and Defendants Katie Hobbs, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and Elections Directors to appear in court in Kari Lake’s election contest lawsuit against them.

According to Save America attorney Christina Bobb, the County was given until Thursday to file a motion to dismiss, and Lake’s response is due on Saturday.

The trial is set for next week.

Two-tier justice system and many state elections are rigged by stuffing the ballot boxes with mail-ins. Nuttin' gonna happen. She should move to FL or Tx.

What a shitshow. Don't know who is in charge of election process, but they better get a clue soon. Transparency and accountability. Folk need to be able to trust the results.

a shitshow indeed

An Arizona judge has dismissed most of Kari Lake’s election lawsuit contesting the victory of her opponent, Gov.-elect Katie Hobbs (D), after Lake for weeks seized on unproven voter fraud allegations.

Lake had asked the judge to set aside Hobbs’s certified victory based on 10 counts, alleging election officials in Maricopa County — which comprises most of the state’s population — committed misconduct and tabulated hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots.

Kari Lake’s opening salvo in election fraud case appears to fall short

December 22, 2022 9:55am EST

Former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake had a lackluster first day in court in her attempt to establish that her election against Governor-elect Katie Hobbs was stolen.

Lawyers for Lake made several allegations of impropriety in the elections, but even if proven true, the instances did not appear to be enough to explain Lake's 17,000 vote loss to Hobbs. Lake's team primarily focused on allegations in Maricopa County, where a ballot printer issue caused lines to back up for hours, according to the Associated Press.

That is enough proof to invalidate the entire Az election. Will they actually do something about it? Because sizing the ballots wrong and then NOT RANDOMLY distributing those is obvious manipulation. Then remove the SoS from anything to do with her own election.

Extreme incompetence... they need to start prosecuting these idiots (apologies to actual idiots) for criminal behavior.

But... but...

"Rich Baris testifies under oath that the number of Republican voters suppressed EXCEED the 17,000+ margin of victory that Katie Hobbs won by."

“In my professional opinion, the amount of Election Day voters that we’re talking about here, with the margin, would have changed the outcome of the race. And the number is substantial enough to have changed who the overall winner was in this race.” 💥

Moreover, getting away from CNN/FBI/AP as the (definitely not under oath) news source, we see this:

"Today we learned from Stephen Richer, under oath, that Maricopa County broke chain of custody and didn’t follow the law to count ballots at the precinct."

"We also learned that 19” ballots were printed on 20” paper, causing mass chaos with tabulators rejecting them county-wide."

So what’s the Associated Press takeaway from the trial? "First day lacks bombshells."

Mebbe so, but it sure didn't lack huge bombs going off in the courtroom, now did it...

1. Certified mis-handling, mis-counting lawbreaking to the extent of changing the election results.

2. Ballot paper sizes mixed, screwing up heavily weighted Republican vote all across the county.

A Tale of Two Decisions

Topic: Perspective

Capt. Seth Keshel

I watched the movie Interstellar a few years ago. While Sci-Fi is not my go-to for movies, I have enjoyed some films or shows in the genre, such as The Man in the High Castle, which strangely enough, bears far too many similarities to today’s world than I would prefer to notice. In Interstellar, astronauts seeking to save humanity from extinction travel through space and enter the atmospheres of various new worlds, in which x seconds in that atmosphere equals y minutes or days or weeks or years on Earth.

In this vein, I feel as if states like Georgia have been conquered for decades, and not just for two years. Arizona can be lumped into the same group, given that it was (and is) a Republican state, but has been machined into being whatever it needs to be to accomplish a political narrative. Right now, Arizona needs to either be a blue state or a RINO state to repel an America First advance upon the nation, with Donald Trump and Kari Lake leading the charge.

We are wrapping up the Lake v. Hobbs trial as I type this, and I am led to believe that there are two main outcomes that may advance from it, and perhaps Abe Hamadeh’s case, as well. Both are favorable to the long-term agenda of ridding our elections from corruption, though one is far more immediate and much more preferable.

Scenario A

The same counties have have issues every election. I would contend that there is cheating going on. Can I prove it? No.
....but the fact that election after election, the same places always have issues that never seem to get fixed, make me believe it is intentional and those "issues" are relied upon as cover for cheating.

People would LOVE to be able to "trust the results", but the ones running the elections in those counties don't seem to care if half the people trust the results or not. Long as their side wins, they see it as good enough.

Just the fact that Hobbs was in charge of an election that she was on the ballot for, should be a reason to be suspicious. At the least, she should have recused herself. Not doing so has the appearance of impropriety.

Arizona judge dismisses GOP AG candidate’s election challenge

Story by Jared Gans • 2h ago

An Arizona judge has dismissed a lawsuit from the Republican candidate for state attorney general challenging the results, ruling that he did not prove his case of mistakes in the election process impacting the outcome.

Mohave County Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen previously ruled on Tuesday that the lawsuit from GOP nominee Abraham Hamadeh could go to trial, allowing four out of five filed counts to move forward.

But Jantzen said that the “elements of the case” were not proven at an evidentiary hearing on Friday.

“The bottom line is you just haven’t proven your case. You haven’t met the burden. The mistakes that may have been made were not enough to overcome the presumption the court has to have in election cases,” he said.

That's hilarious. What was it 70% of the machines didn't work?

Judge rules against Kari Lake in bid to overturn election results

Story by Isaac Stanley-Becker • 11m ago

An Arizona judge on Saturday rebuffed an effort by Kari Lake, the defeated GOP candidate for governor in Arizona, to reverse the outcome of her November election, ruling against her after a two-day trial that showcased speculation about systematic malfeasance at the polls but failed to prove it.

The finding was in line with recent judgments against Abe Hamadeh and Mark Finchem, the unsuccessful candidates for attorney general and secretary of state, respectively, who also sought to challenge their losses. Taken together, the rulings show how the judiciary in Arizona, a state rife with distrust in the democratic process, rejected challenges to election results and affirmed the will of voters.

Read it all here:

What will Kari say? What will Kari do? Stay tuned. All this and more in our next episode of "My Election Was Stolen." Sponsored by Dominion.

Will Arizona be the first state to go openly communist?

Will the judge, Peter A. Thompson turn out to be a member of the redacted?

Will Katie Hobbs horns finally come out prick the populace?

Stay tuned...

I wonder what 'smoking gun' the judge needed to prove malfeasance?

The D's have been shouting about "Counting every ballot to preserve our Democracy!" yet they had provable voting disruptions (a thinking person would say by design) and specifically in R areas on voting day. That 'anomaly' can't be overlooked. If it happened in D areas they would be screaming bloody murder!
