They SO want to have a public-health crisis and decimation.

Eventually they'll get it; and since they know no history, they have NO IDEA what's in store for them.

Excellent summation of our situation.

I just hope he's correct, in that this time it cannot be Financialized away. Because we NEED that Creative Destruction - clear out the dead underbrush and the zombie corporations.

Is he gonna suspend economic realities, too?

Our deficit is bad enough already. If he, and his underlings, and the CON gress, don't start at least ACTING like they are TRYING to control things, the dollar will quickly assume its true value, in financial markets.

The value of Zimbabwe dollars - nothing.

One of two things is gonna happen.

He's gonna be Died Suddenly.

Or there's gonna be a dead little boy appearing in his bed. With CNN in the bushes; and nobody will wonder how they happened to be there.

As the questioner noted...he's the only one left.

It's not looking good for us.

EDIT: Typed that while it was still playing.

That stupid questioner had to trot out Saint Elon of Musk, like he's God. He's the answer to our PRAYERS! Just the same way the brain-dead Left did of Lord Barack of Obombah, the Hussein For The Ages.

Cultists and cults...they disgust me. And it seems that's all that's left...no one can or wants to, separate ISSUES and PROBLEMS from heroic personas.

This is an opinion piece, most definitely take it fwiw and dyodd.

What Happened at the Trump Xi Beijing Summit?

May 14, 2026
Trump flew to Beijing to close a deal with Xi Jinping and left with soybean purchases and a photo op. No rare earths agreement, no path on AI chips, and Xi made clear Taiwan is non-negotiable.
Adam Kinzinger also breaks down the Trump Mobile scandal, where 590,000 buyers paid $100 deposits and are still waiting for a phone the fine print may no longer guarantee. Plus, Fox News spent a night telling viewers the CIA raided Tulsi Gabbard's office – it didn't happen – and FBI Director Kash Patel's public feud with a U.S. Senator over drinking habits that crossed every line between the FBI and partisan politics. And three Labor Department reports dropped this week, all pointing the same direction: inflation rising, real wages falling, and more Americans out of work.

Gulf states that bankrolled Trump's son-in-law now furious they got burned: report

Gulf states that poured hundreds of millions into Jared Kushner's private equity firm are openly griping that they got little for their money, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE funneled enormous sums into Affinity Partners, Kushner's Florida-based investment vehicle, in hopes of securing White House influence and healthy portfolio returns, the outlet reported. Instead, Trump launched a war on Iran that all three states had opposed, leaving them with little to show for the arrangement.

Republican’s stark message over rising gas prices: 'That's life'

Republican representative Jim Jordan had a blunt message for Americans regarding current gas hikes, saying it’s because of “the world we live in.”

In a CNN interview with Kaitlin Collins, the Ohioan congressman argued that the rising cost of gas as a result of war with Iran is an acceptable price to pay for fighting Tehran.

The US has killed several high-ranking Iranian officials during the conflict, although they are yet to achieve regime change as figures have been readily replaced, with Mojtaba Khamenei succeeding his father as supreme leader.

Jordan was asked to explain his ongoing support for Trump and the United States war against Iran, which has resulted in gas hitting a high of $4.53 per gallon.

MAGA fumes after Trump argues for 500,000 Chinese student visas, China-owned farmland

President Donald Trump angered many in his MAGA base this week by making the case to Fox News’s Sean Hannity for allowing 500,000 Chinese students in the collegiate system. Trump also argued for allowing China to own farmland in the United States, something he had long railed against.

“I would assume I’m in Beijing if I wanted to buy property near one of their military installations. I don’t think President Xi–” Hannity pressed at one point, noting China would not allow the U.S. to own farmland next to its sensitive national security sites.

“No, they wouldn’t let you. Look, it’s not that I love it. You want to see farm prices drop. You want to see farmers lose a lot of money, just take that out of the market. But they’ve had a lot of land for a long time. Obama did nothing about it. They bought a lot during the Obama administration, and he did nothing about it,” Trump replied, adding:

Some people...are just so crazed for attention...

Remember Ron Reagan Jr? Later a Leading-Light dimbulb of the Left. In 1981 he was 19, and a recent university dropout...and for a few hundred bucks, he went on SNL and did a dance number in his skivvies. I wasn't surprised to later find out he was Coming Out.

IIRC, he's the only son Reagan had with Nancy. Well, she was loyal, but it always looked like she wasn't wired right. The apple don't fall far from the tree...
