Who is Peter Ticktin? Lawyer urging Trump to declare ‘national emergency’​

Peter Ticktin, a Florida attorney and longtime friend of President Donald Trump, has become one of the most prominent figures urging the administration to declare a national emergency over election security while continuing to promote claims about the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Ticktin, 80, has known Trump since the pair attended the New York Military Academy as teenagers and has frequently described Trump as his childhood “best friend.” The two have remained in contact for decades.

If he thinks that's gonna get anything going other than mocking Mockingbird Mediuh headlines, he's needing a drug test.

It HAS to come from a proposed Constitutional Amendment - to override Lawfare challenges and overturning. And since the cons in CONgress aren't going to propose such an amendment, it will have to be through an Article V Convention.

That movement disappeared like evening shadows, what, a dozen years ago? The media liars spread the fear of "runaway conventions" and all the imbeciles in three-piece suits and bowties, all stroked their chins and stammered thoughtfully about how, uh, DANGEROUS such a proposal is.

Yeah, sure. So they're gonna drive us into this crisis the worst way possible, and without ANY hope of settling the intrinsic problems, and the moral problems of our Political Class...with anything other than raw-naked VIOLENCE.

They laughed at Rush Limbaugh. They called him paranoid, hyperbolic, a bomb-thrower, because in 2020 Rush warned that Democrats were becoming tired of elections ... not necessarily Election Day itself, but the annoying little requirement that political power still depend on persuading actual voters. Now look at the receipts.

Americans overwhelmingly support voter ID and proof of citizenship, yet Democrats block the SAVE Act. States try to verify citizenship and lawsuits arrive.

New York City moves to give municipal voting rights to roughly 800,000 noncitizens.

Washington, D.C. enfranchises noncitizens after 30 days of residency, and Democrats fight to preserve it.

The Electoral College produces outcomes the Left hates? Build a compact to route around it. The Senate stands in the way? Abolish it. The Supreme Court refuses to behave like a Democratic Party annex? Pack it. And somehow the same people doing all this still pose for cameras and lecture the country about “saving democracy.”

Rush understood the trick before most people did. The endgame was never necessarily soldiers at polling places or a padlock on the voting booth. That would be too obvious and too crude. The smarter play is to keep the ceremony: keep the ballots, keep the stickers, keep the speeches, keep Election Night, then move the real leverage into courts, bureaucracies, procedural choke points, and structural rewrites until the voter becomes less a sovereign citizen and more a spectator with a participation trophy.

They said Rush was crazy. Six years later, the roll calls, lawsuits, compacts, and constitutional wish lists are answering for him. He didn’t predict a mood; he predicted a program, and the damn receipts are piling up.

Wisconsin has ~300,000 non-residents with WI drivers' licenses. No one knows how many are illegal aliens because the WI DMV refuses to release the public records of those 300,000. There is a lawsuit pending in Waukesha County seeking the release.

He's STILL not carrying out the duties of his office. This token minimum effort is misfeasance.

They even said: “We already have the assets in place. We already have military assets going to the Penn Walkway entrance. We already have the back channels with Nancy Pelosi and Mark Milley. So we can use this to take down the U.S. government.”

In other words, they did just that—January 6 was a coordinated sedition against the U.S. government to prevent the actual crimes of November 3, 2020, from being presented. How’s that for an overthrow?

I've been saying for several years that 'our elections aren't real'.

Given what I know now, I'm going to amend this language.

Listen carefully to what I say next, how I phrase this:

"Our elections are not LEGAL. They haven't been carried out in accordance with the LAW [both federal and state] for DECADES."

I'm not saying elections aren't being HELD.

I'm saying because the federal/state election laws have not been ENFORCED, and the federal/state officials have been leaving the door WIDE OPEN to fraud so they can manipulate the results how they see fit, the elections held in most states and big counties were not being LEGALLY conducted.

If you deliberately do not enforce the law on only citizens voting. You've spent decades knowingly counting ballots from non-citizens.

If you have been deliberately counting ballots that just 'showed up' on the wrong paper, no chain of custody.

If you have been deliberately providing illegals with vote registration forms and signing them up to vote.

Read carefully and fully understand this next statement, because the ENTIRE COUNTRY is about to get a concrete object lesson on this:

AN ELECTION HELD IN A KNOWINGLY ILLEGAL MANNER IN DIRECT CONTRAVENTION OF STATE AND FEDERAL ELECTION LAWS **CANNOT** BE LEGALLY **CERTIFIED**.

You may **claim** that you legally certified that election in which you **knowingly** allowed thousands n' thousands of illegals to vot in your state.

You can hop up and down like an organ grinder's monkey and **loudly insist** you had the **authority** to certify that election and make the results **100% legal for all time**.

But you're BLUFFING.

You're merely BLUFFING.

The **law** says what it says. No matter how much of a tantrum you throw.

The **law** says that election is INVALID. The **law** says at the time you claimed you 'legally certified' the election results, those results were in fact **inadmissible**.

You **fooled** everybody. You **loudly** and very **publicly** CLAIMED that you did something that you could not, in fact, do.

You claimed you had LEGALLY certified ballots that were by their NATURE **uncertifiable**. And then you included those uncertifiable ballots in the state's election results so you could DECLARE JOE BIDEN THE WINNER.

You committed a serious FEDERAL FELONY.

And your BLUFF is about to get called.

They're already trying to front run Trump's release.

I'm on the side of thinking Trump has the goods on them.

Hope there are repercussions for the perpetrators....

If Trump does implement what Molly suggests, it won't be a bad thing...
