A USPS letter carrier in Utah just got indicted for allegedly dumping more than 300 mail-in ballots in a church parking lot dumpster.

Acting Deputy Attorney General Trent McCotter: “the carrier knew they were ballots. They were clearly marked. He threw them in the trash anyway. They never reached the June 23 primary voters.”

One carrier. One route. Hundreds of ballots gone.

This is what happens when ballots leave the voter’s hands and travel through a system no county fully controls. Delayed. Lost. Dumped. Destroyed. And now it’s a federal indictment.

Conservative activists O'Keefe, Higby charged with unlawful voting in Minnesota​

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Conservative activists James O'Keefe and Cam Higby were charged Wednesday with unlawful voting and identity theft after a Minnesota prosecutor said they gave false names to poll workers during the state's primary election. The men recorded the exchanges for a video to expose what they say are vulnerabilities in the state's voting laws.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced the felony charges at a news conference. She said O'Keefe, 42, of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Higby, 26, of Covington, Washington, wore costumes and used the names of registered state voters while starting the “vouching” process in the Aug. 11 primary. The process provides a way for unregistered voters who lack proof of their current address to register and vote after signing an oath of eligibility.

We may not own Greenland outright, but if you read the agreement, it's as though we do own it. The agreement is pretty extensive.

Leo XIV has become the first pope in history to vote in a US general election​

VATICAN CITY (AP) — Leo XIV has become the first pope to vote in a U.S. general election, casting a mail-in ballot in a contest that will decide America's future as the Trump era slowly comes to an end.

The Vatican confirmed Friday that the Chicago-born pontiff had submitted a mail-in ballot in Chicago ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections, citing his long-standing belief in civic participation.

Leo, formerly Robert Prevost, “has exercised his right to vote as a United States citizen” and has done so “whenever he was eligible to do so,” the Holy See press office said.

He's a citizen of Vatican City.

Under the old rules, back when we had rules...laws...anyone taking an oath of allegiance or exercising citizenship of another nation, FORFEITED any claim to US citizenship.

We know that doesn't apply to Israeli-Americans right? Especially if they serve in the idf...
 


Wow… Tina Peters has exhausted every remedy Colorado would give her, and now she is taking her case to the United States Supreme Court. The Court of Appeals already threw out her nearly nine year sentence because the judge's comments could have violated her First Amendment rights, Polis commuted what was left, and yet seven convictions still sit on her record like none of that ever happened.

Let me explain why that matters. Her attorney Peter Ticktin says federal law required her to preserve those election records, and he told KDVR "We have until December to file our briefs and we're working on them now." Meanwhile the head of the county clerks association says "She didn't need to do what she did." So the people who swore the records were safe want you to believe the conviction is clean, even after a court said the sentence was tainted by her speech. How is that even a thing?

I have watched Colorado protect the machines and punish the woman who looked inside them for years… those convictions should be wiped off her record, and the people who built this case should have to answer for every day she lost.

I owe you an apology.

I have been way too conservative in my election predictions.

Some fresh data came in yesterday and now it looks like we will see:

- Republicans win 55 seats in the Senate
- Republics keeping the House with a 10 seat majority.
- Winning nearly all governorships.

I was almost 100% accurate in 2024 but I wasn’t 100% because I was too conservative. That changes today.

Bookmark it.

We will see history being made on Tuesday. Republicans will vote in record numbers and we will destroy the democrats party once and for all.

Will you forgive me?
