Jun 29, 2026
Is your brain aging faster than it should? Many people assume that occasional forgetfulness, mental fog, slower thinking, or difficulty concentrating are simply a normal part of getting older, but in many cases these can be early warning signs that your brain needs attention. In this video, Dr. Mandell explains seven common signs that may indicate accelerated brain aging and, more importantly, what you can do to help protect your brain naturally. You'll learn how lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, sleep, blood sugar control, stress management, and simple daily changes can support memory, focus, mental clarity, and long-term cognitive health. You'll also discover a few easy self-checks you can perform at home that may provide valuable insight into your brain function. The sooner you recognize these warning signs, the sooner you can take positive steps to help keep your brain healthy, sharp, and resilient for years to come.
