Disagree with that opinion based on? Right now Pt is the most undervalued among the top 3 and has the most price velocity based on gold's spot price behavior. Platinum will blow through $2k while gold will continue up at a more measured rate. The action is in the white metals now especially with the Chins that like the color better than yellow jewelry.I have little experience with Pt but If I was holding ,and had a buyer for a good price, and the spread was right, I'd really consider selling and buying Au right now.
Still nothing on Friday.

I was based at KirkLand AFB where Sandia Labs is located. They have all these little Laboratorys, Top Secret ones, spread throughout the S/W desert and they are into all kinds of kwazy shiite. Pt is the shiny metal one can't hope but root for. Yes its very useful in Industry but even more so its stunning in jewelry. I know recyclers love getting their hands on it but the market is small as are the % of recycling companys geared toward putting it back into circulation. Its very useful and theres not a whole lot of it so I dont know why that is. Perhaps its the cost of turning it back around.Ok this is slightly off topic but Platinum is the king. Oh and I want my Platinum/Gold alloy engine coatings and I want it Now. Ok probably not as that would be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Most wear-resistant metal alloy in the world engineered at Sandia National Laboratories
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — If you’re ever unlucky enough to have a car with metal tires, you might consider a set made from a new alloy engineered at Sandia National Laboratories. You could skid — not drive, skid — around the Earth’s equator 500 times before wearing out t…newsreleases.sandia.gov
Sandia’s materials science team has engineered a platinum-gold alloy believed to be the most wear-resistant metal in the world. It’s 100 times more durable than high-strength steel, making it the first alloy, or combination of metals, in the same class as diamond and sapphire, nature’s most wear-resistant materials.
Lol.....thats exactly what I have ....and 10oz of palladium....basicly a insignificant quantity at least at this time, but adds some diversity and some intresting coins etc...I did look to sell the palladium a while back when it got to the 3000nds but locals didn't want to deal on it and I was to lazy to sell on-lineA little diversity never hurt anyone. I have about 20 oz of Pt
yeah ....stacking PT and PL at reasonable prices is a exercize in patience for sure ....... i would like to find a Mercury Palladium coin but im not going to pay 100% premiums......my gal likes most Horse coins and i will put some in Bezels for her to wear she really likes the aussie first series gold horse coins
