Just my opinion (fwiw) when Russia attacked Ukraine Europe shoulda went to their defense.........immediately. But they didn't. We are the ones who did,

The American taxpayers are the ones really footing the bill. Not just in money but we're depleting a lot of our military supplies.

Seeing what we're seeing...ESPECIALLY this jackass totally-unnecessary war, I can understand that conclusion. My own, is dementia - either age or Jab or both.

But the flip side of the coin is, how the TDS loons just have gone insane. Kremlin asset? First, Trump has kept the Ukraine slaughter going. With friends like that, Putin doesn't need enemies.

Second, given how Russia is more of a capitalist democracy than OUR OWN nation...how would being an ally of the Kremlin be so horrible? Is it just that the Leftist simpletons still react like Pavlov's dogs, to Russia-Russia-Russia?

I, think NOT. I think they're moar mentally impaired than Trump. And unlike Trump, they've been impaired for all their lives.

Breaking: Russia, Ukraine agree to Trump's ceasefire request as he pushes for a 'beginning of the end'​

President Donald Trump announced Friday that Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a three-day ceasefire, which he hopes will lead to an end to the conflict entirely.

"I am pleased to announce that there will be a THREE DAY CEASEFIRE (May 9th, 10th, and 11th) in the War between Russia and Ukraine," Trump posted on Truth Social.

"The Celebration in Russia is for Victory Day but, likewise, in Ukraine, because they were also a big part and factor of World War II. This Ceasefire will include a suspension of all kinetic activity, and also a prison swap of 1,000 prisoners from each Country," he added.

"This request was made directly by me, and I very much appreciate its agreement by President Vladimir Putin and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy," Trump said.

The tribunal on the crime of aggression against Ukraine marks "the point of no return" in the search for justice, the country's foreign minister said on Friday. But the court will face limitations in bringing Putin to justice.​

Thirty-six countries, mainly from Europe, have signed up to a special tribunal to prosecute Russian President Vladimir Putin for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, which will be headquartered in the Dutch city of The Hague.

The joint pledge was formalized on Friday during the annual meeting of foreign affairs ministers of the Council of Europe, a human rights organization that has taken the lead in addressing the jurisdictional gap left by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Ministers endorsed a resolution laying down the structure and functions of the management committee that will oversee the tribunal. Among its tasks, the committee will approve the annual budget, adopt internal rules and elect judges and prosecutors. The countries commit to respecting the independence of the judicial proceedings.
