President Donald Trump’s conversation with conservative New York Post columnist and podcaster Miranda Devine, released on Wednesday morning, featured some of Trump’s longest-debunked false claims about elections, the economy and immigration. As with his inaccurate comments in a Fox News interview that aired on Saturday, which was conducted by his daughter-in-law Lara Trump, these assertions went unchallenged.

I've known that a long time. AND...most donations are tossed. If it's just something they don't think they can sell immediately...out in the dumpster.

You're better off saving gas and time and throwing your stuff out yourself. Or, if that bothers you...find another charity. Even the YWCA, with its open agenda to program little girls into being men...they probably make better use of it. At least they use the three stores in town here, to employ women out of their shelter.

According to distinguished security scholar Phillips P. O’Brien, the leadership of President Donald Trump has set the United States on a downward spiral in which it is “weaker every day.” Perhaps even more alarming, the US “may never come back” from the diminished state Trump will leave it in.

O’Brien — whose book War and Power is widely cited by strategy experts — asserts that there are several factors driving the country’s decline under Trump, but the most looming is the president’s decision to launch war with Iran.

Voices: Israel is starting to realize just how far it has sunk​

When reports – now largely confirmed – emerged of a furious, expletive-ridden row between Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, two inferences were widely drawn.

The first, largely from outside Israel, was that this heralded the end of any reasonable relationship between the US President and Israel’s Prime Minister, even of the long-standing alliance. The second, largely from opposition figures inside Israel, was that Netanyahu had rolled over in the face of US pressure and confirmed Israel’s status as a vassal state. These might have been obvious conclusions to reach, but neither is quite as it seems.

SEPTA police are threatening to strike during the World Cup​

The union representing transit police officers has asked SEPTA to settle stalled contract talks in binding arbitration — or risk a strike during the World Cup and other major summer events in Philadelphia.

In return, Fraternal Order of Transit Police Lodge 109 would waive members’ right to strike, president Omari Bervine said in a Thursday interview.

A 24-year-old tennis pro struggled to pay for her hotel. Her Cinderella run at the French Open just earned her a 7-figure paycheck​

A few months ago, I was poking around Colorado’s unclaimed property database when I spotted a familiar name: my cousin Jonathan.

The listing was maddeningly vague. It showed his name, an old address and one slippery little phrase: "over $250."

That could mean $251. It could mean $2,500.

Or, as it turned out, it could mean nearly $30,000.

Israel 'spying on Trump's top negotiating team'​

US intelligence has raised the alarm about “unhinged” spying by Israel on America’s senior Iran negotiators.

Israel has been eavesdropping on Steve Witkoff, Donald Trump’s chief negotiator, Elbridge Colby, the Pentagon’s top policy official, and Michael DiMino, a senior Middle East policy adviser, intelligence officials claimed.

The allegations, reported by the New York Times, come despite extensive military co-operation between Washington and Jerusalem during the war. Israeli officers have been working with their counterparts at US Central Command, sharing operational intelligence.

Senator who begged for gas money caught spending $48,900 of donors' cash at restaurant and hotel​

An Alaskan senator who is begging his donors for gas money has been spending his campaign funds at flashy Washington DC restaurants and dropped $27,400 on a stay at a California hotel where The Bachelorette was filmed, FEC filings revealed.

Last month, Senator Dan Sullivan sent emails to donors begging for $3, $5, and $10 contributions so he could fill up his tank to visit isolated parts of the state, among other uses.

But Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings, viewed by the Daily Mail, showed that Sullivan's campaign is flush with $7 million in cash and has some telling receipts.

Sullivan apparently has a taste for bougie French cuisine, as he has visited Bistro Cacao 21 times between January 2025 and March 2026, billing more than $21,500 on his campaign and True North PAC's tab for the flashy DC restaurant.

The founder of a private company accused of mistreating ICE detainees came to the US via Ellis Island in 1953​

When George Zoley, the founder of a private company that manages more than 20 federal immigration facilities testified before Congress in 2020, he spoke about how his own immigrant experience shaped his life.

Zoley, the CEO and executive chairman of private prison firm The GEO Group, was born in 1950 in a house with no plumbing or electricity in the remote town of Florina in northwestern Greece, according to a transcript of his testimony at a hearing on ICE contractors’ response to the Covid-19 outbreak.

“Fortunately, in 1953 my family received approval to immigrate to the United States where we traveled by ship landing in New York City and where we were processed through Ellis Island,” Zoley said, referring to the fabled American gateway for more than 12 million immigrants who arrived there for processing between 1892 and 1954.

President Donald Trump stormed out of a Meet the Press interview Sunday — after moderator Kristen Welker repeatedly fact-checked his claims on a variety of topics including; Jan. 6, his “anti-weaponization” fund, and election fraud.

The heated six-minute final block of the interview began with Welker pressing Trump about the $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” fund he continues to promote — despite his administration officially abandoning its efforts to launch the fund. Welker pressed — attempting to confirm that Trump is indeed throwing in the towel.

“Just to be very clear, are you backing off the fund completely as your acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has said, or are you looking for another avenue to revive the fund?” Welker asked.

Trump launched into a lengthy defense of the fund.
