Wayback Machine was taken down for a few days, a few years back, for memory-scrubbing.

I forget the issue or the New Truth, but a lot of eyebrows went up. The Media-Censorship Complex runs THAT deep.

Yes it does.

I believe nothing anymore. It's well I'm old...as a young person, I'd be ready to spit on my hands and hoist the black flag...but now, it doesn't matter. Any moar than I matter, other than to myself.

Make of this what you will.

I make it a DNC troll.

Jack Smith's actions were raw naked LAWFARE.

I don't care what ideology you serve; when you USE the law, the system of Equal Justice, to push your agenda, perverting the standards, the application, the concept of Rule-of-Law...you are a destructive partisan hack.

Washington DC’s Fourth of July parade canceled due to soaring temperature

Organizers of Saturday’s Independence Day parade in Washington DC abruptly canceled the event late on the eve of the event, with sweltering temperatures in the nation’s capital and on the east coast wreaking havoc on celebrations of America’s semiquincentennial.

The event, hosted by the National Park Service (NPS), was scheduled to begin at 10.30am on Saturday. But organizers said they canceled the procession due to an extreme heart warning issued by the National Weather Service (NWS).

With no deal in place, Peco workers are on strike

Linemen, call center workers, and other Peco employees are on strike. The roughly 1,500 unionized workers, part of IBEW local 614, officially walked off the job just after midnight, becoming the first employees to strike in Peco’s history.

The work stoppage marks an escalation in what have been challenging negotiations between IBEW Local 614 and Peco. The union’s contract expired March 31, and both sides have accused the other of using unfair tactics.

Our whole Political Elite class has turned traitor.

It's really time for an extralegal revolution. I'd argued Secession, but too many, especially the COE-vidd vaxx-poisoned zombies, want to just bury their heads in the sand.

This post above illustrates HOW DEEP has been their treason. Intentional or unwitting...I no longer care. Willful betrayal is meriting execution. Witless unintentional compromises, suggest a person unfit for his office and position, and just so much dross to be burned off with other waste.

Left in the Dust: How a Billionaire-Owned Concrete Plant Took Over a Detroit Community

  • Detroit’s Rebuilding: As the city recovers from the largest municipal bankruptcy in history, major construction has reshaped it. New concrete businesses have opened in response.
  • Neighborhood Transformation: A concrete mixing plant has opened in the Cadillac Heights neighborhood, a process aided by the decisions of city officials.
  • Residents Leaving: Homeowners, who say they can’t coexist with the plant, have sold their properties to the company and left. The number of private sales to one entity “had never happened before in Detroit.”
The abandoned house next door meant a lot to Christina Kary. For years, she tended to it, planting purple flowers, removing weeds and picking up trash. She attached locks to the doors to prevent trespassers from entering.

She had considered buying the property, located on the Cadillac Heights block where her family built the first houses in the early 1900s. Several years ago, she learned that the small home with a front porch was owned by the Detroit Land Bank Authority, which manages the city’s vacant properties. Kary, 86, said she told a land bank inspector she wanted to purchase it but didn’t follow up, thinking she would eventually hear back.

That's what happens in a command-and-control economy. Be it locally, with city masterminds able to direct use of land by fiat, or nationally.

Remember the case, Kelo v. New London?

That homeowner lost, and her property was seized and the home leveled.

AND...an economic downturn following their win, had them cancel the construction plans! The land now stands vacant and abandoned.

This is what comes of command-and-control. Big or little. China, Russia, Washington...Illinois, or Montana, or Detroit or New London.

In the case you cite, obviously, the city has decided that industry connected to "rebuilding" was more important than elderly useless-eaters trying to hold onto their lifetime homes.

And, if the plan pans out (a big IF) they'd be correct. By the numbers.

But freedom is messy, and filled with inefficiencies. It's the second-worst system ever...the worst, is every other system or structure.
