U.S. Entertainer Convicted of Engaging in Foreign Influence Campaign
Rapper, Businessman Found Guilty in Back-Channel Lobbying Campaign to Drop 1MDB Investigation and Remove Chinese National from United States, and Conspiring to Make and Conceal Foreign Contributions During 2012 U.S. Presidential Election
A federal jury convicted a U.S. entertainer and businessman today for orchestrating an unregistered, back-channel campaign beginning in or about 2017 to influence the then-administration of the President of the United States and the Department of Justice to drop the investigation of Jho Low and others for embezzlement and other offenses in connection with the international strategic and development company known as 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), and to send a Chinese national back to China, as well as conspiring to make and conceal foreign and conduit campaign contributions during the 2012 U.S. presidential election.According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Prakazrel “Pras” Michel, 50, of Coconut Creek, Florida, conspired with Low Taek Jho, aka Jho Low, of Malaysia; Elliott Broidy; Nickie Lum Davis; George Higginbotham; and others to engage in undisclosed lobbying campaigns at the direction of Low and the Vice Minister of Public Security for the People’s Republic of China, respectively, to have the 1MDB embezzlement investigation and forfeiture proceedings involving Low and others dropped and to have a Chinese national sent back to China.
“As proven at trial, the defendant engaged in an extensive conspiracy to use millions of dollars in foreign funds to engage in illegal back-channel lobbying and make unlawful campaign contributions,” said Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite, Jr. of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Today’s verdict demonstrates that anyone who engages in unlawful foreign-sponsored efforts to influence American officials, our elections, or the criminal justice system will be brought to justice.”
“Mr. Michel sought to use his celebrity and access to influence U.S. government officials on behalf of undisclosed foreign interests,” said Assistant Attorney General Matthew G. Olsen of the Justice Department’s National Security Division. “This is an affront to the rule of law, and we will use the full range of tools at our disposal to hold accountable those who would covertly aid foreign actors seeking to interfere with our democratic system of government.”

Biden’s announcement that he is running was crafted like a Twitter post – not live and posted at 6AM. His message is highly questionable for all he is saying is that the Republicans are radicals and therefore vote for him and he will maintain the status quo. There is a void of any new proposal and there is undoubtedly no message about the economy or inflation that is running away and reducing the livelihood of the average American. Quite frankly, this is the most controversial campaign that naturally the media will never even discuss. How do you “finish the job” without knowing what has been accomplished and what remains “finished” in a second term? The total absence of any claim that he accomplished anything from COVID to having 7 aids that are LGBTQ leaves a huge void.
The Republicans, on the other hand, are simply rolling out the same agenda of restraining the debt ceiling which will only work to undermine the entire socialist agenda and that is way too late. The warmongers in the Republican Party would rather spend money throwing it into the Ukrainian Black Hole where we are paying the entire salaries and pensions of Ukrainian government officials with no restraint on their salaries whatsoever. So we are to cut the benefits of Americans but keep funding Ukraine? Sorry, that is not an agenda I would be voting for.

Top GOP figures charged in ballot fraud case out of New York
Story by Sky Palma • 1h agoThree New York county officials linked to the local GOP were indicted last week on charges related to ballot fraud, WAMC reported.
Richard Crist, James Gordon, and Leslie Wallace, all Rensselaer County officials, were arrested and charged Thursday with conspiring to violate the rights of county voters during the 2021 election cycle. The alleged plot apparently exploited relaxed absentee ballot requirements that were in place during the pandemic.

That's where we are. Our choices are an Article V Convention or Secession/National-Divorce/Declarations of Independence.
The voting artifice is rotten to the core. And there are LEGIONS of people in power, hellbent on keeping it that way.

Appeals court resurrects Georgia ballot inspection case of 2020 election
By Mark Niesse, The Atlanta Journal-Constitutionhe Georgia Court of Appeals on Thursday revived a lawsuit by election skeptics who want to search for fraudulent ballots from the 2020 presidential race two and a half years after it was decided.
The appellate court sent the case back to a judge to decide whether to allow an outside review of Fulton County’s 147,000 original absentee ballots.
No fraudulent ballots were found by state elections investigators, but supporters of Republican President Donald Trump want the courts to help them pursue allegations that illegitimate ballots contributed to Democrat Joe Biden’s victory in Georgia.
Three vote counts and multiple investigations have countered allegations of fraud, including claims of ballot-stuffing at drop boxes, dead voters, forged signatures and “suitcases” full of ballots.
The lead plaintiff in the case, Garland Favorito of the group VoterGA, said he hopes to finally be able to find suspicious-looking ballots — with perfectly filled-in ovals and a lack of fold marks — that Republican vote-counters said they saw during a statewide audit.
“It is critical that Georgians quickly know how many counterfeit ballots were included in the 2020 Fulton election results so we can implement more fraud protection measures prior to the next election,” Favorito said. “If there is nothing to hide, all involved should be willing to show us the ballots.”
Election officials for Fulton County, the home of Atlanta where Biden received 73% of the vote, didn’t immediately comment Thursday.

Wisconsin judge allows for lawsuit against fake Trump electors to proceed
Story by By SCOTT BAUER, Associated Press • 4m agoMADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge on Monday refused to break up a lawsuit filed against 10 fake electors for former President Donald Trump and two of his attorneys, saying the case could proceed in the county where it was filed.
The lawsuit seeks $2.4 million from the fake electors and their attorneys, alleging they were part of a conspiracy by Trump and his allies to overturn his loss in the 2020 presidential race. It also seeks to disqualify the Republicans from ever serving as electors again.

Walt...........not deep state. Just someone who sees things a bit differently than you.
Like you........I'm a vet. A Vietnam (blue water navy) vet.
Like you.........I have relatives that are vets. My father, all my uncles (and one aunt) are WWII vets. They fought so we could keep our way of life, including the right to vote.
On Jan 6,2021 a con artist and his minions tried to take that right (to vote) away from me, my family and everyone else in the United States by acting on a plan they hatched months before the 2020 election ever took place. Their plan was to claim the election was fraudulent, stop the counting of votes and claim Trump won. It was an attempt by Trump and his minions to set up Trump as a dictator.
I see this as an attempt to overthrow the government of my country and set up a dictatorship where they would reign as kings over the rest of us. That doesn't set too well with me. I see them as traitors who sought to end my freedom, my right to vote and everything decent this country stands for. I want to see everyone involved tried, and if found guilty, punished to the fullest extent of the law.
And yes, I do enjoy posting about it. Makes me happy to know that the justice department is working to hold these "people" accountable for what they tried to do to this country and my way of life.
Stay tuned. I think indictments are coming soon. And I plan on covering them like stink on shit.
